Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Sales Support Officer UAEN to join our team. In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support to the sales function, ensuring smooth coordination across sales, procurement, logistics, and customer service while contributing to

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by preparing sales documentation, quotations, tenders, and handling body fitment related queries and communications.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, product specifications, and compliance with approved commercial terms.
  • Manage walk in customers and inbound sales enquiries, assign leads to the appropriate sales team members, and follow up to ensure timely responses.
  • Prepare and submit government tenders through e government portals after coordinating with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor e government procurement portals regularly for new tender opportunities and notify the relevant sales team.
  • Coordinate with bodybuilders to obtain quotations for trailers and vehicle body fitments and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare purchase orders in line with purchasing plans, sales forecasts, company policies, and procurement procedures.
  • Coordinate vehicle supply chain activities, including customs clearance, yard management, logistics, and vehicle delivery to customers.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records of sales and operational documents.
  • Review sales deal documentation and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with banks regarding purchase orders and financing documentation, and keep the sales team informed of progress.
  • Follow up with customers to complete documentation required for export transactions.

Requirements

  • UAE National with a Family Book.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or commercial administration (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with government tender portals and automotive industry operations is an advantage.
