Job Purpose

  • To manage and grow parts sales by directly supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities. The PSSR (Parts) will act as the key point of contact for spare parts inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and sales growth — without involvement in service oper

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with fleet customers, independent workshops, trader and retail clients for parts sales.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable parts solutions from inventory or ordering channels.
  • Follow up on quotations, parts orders, and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ pricing and availability to maintain competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and follow ups.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to parts department growth.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.
  • Attend product training and keep up to date with new parts and accessories.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years experience in commercial vehicle parts sales (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong knowledge of parts catalogs & EPC systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (if field visits are part of the role).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Product Knowledge: knowledge of Parts items buses and trucks. Proficient in operating parts catalogue.
  • Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of target customer, industry, territory, etc.
  • Language: Proficient in English language (Verbal and written), Arabic would be an added advantage.
  • Persuasion: Persuading others to change their minds or behaviour.
  • Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying.
  • Negotiation: Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences.
  • Social Perceptiveness: Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
