Responsibilities
- Act as technical authority for LenelS2 and Honeywell Security portfolios including ACS, VMS, IDS, and integrated security platforms
- Design end to end security architectures aligned with customer requirements, standards, and regulatory compliance
- Perform value engineering to ensure optimal technical and commercial solutions
- Partner with sales teams to support opportunity qualification, bid strategy, and deal closure
- Support customer meetings and site surveys
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to customers, consultants, and partners
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs, prepare compliance matrices, technical clarifications, and deviations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, and end users
- Lead technical discovery sessions, site assessments, and requirement analysis
- Conduct live and digital events for customers (products sales certification training, webinars & NPI presentations) on quarterly basis
- Serve as mentor and technical escalation point for other application engineers
- Support transition from sales to execution, ensuring accurate scope, design intent, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field)
- Proficient in Arabic and English language
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of electronic security systems (ACS, VMS, Intrusion, integration platforms)
- Basic knowledge of cloud and virtualization platforms
- Good understanding of IP networking, cybersecurity concepts, and system integrations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willing to work with consultants, EPCs, and system integrators in UAE or GCC Countries

Job Description
- Seeking a Sr Appl/Sys Sales Engineer with IT/electronics/engineering background and expertise in access control and security solutions.
- Role combines technical leadership, solution design, customer engagement, and value engineering.
- Reports to META Field Service Manager and works closely with SAS Regional Sales Leader – UAE.
- Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with frequent travel to GCC countries.
Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience
