- Achieve annual service revenue goal and provide accurate sales forecasting
- Understand competitor offerings and articulate Eaton’s competitive advantages
- Develop intelligence on Eaton’s existing installed base and customer needs
- Provide support and guidance on service offering portfolio to authorized service providers
- Regularly update opportunity pipelines and develop timely service quotations
- Provide technical and administrative support for installation, testing, commissioning, repair, etc.
- Maintain service log and report of work performed

- 5 8 years of experience
- Knowledge of Emergency Lighting Systems and/or Fire Alarm Systems
- Communication, teamwork, problem solving, flexibility/adaptability

Job Overview
- Dubai serves as a strategic hub for Eaton’s Middle East operations.
