- Seek and develop long term customer relationships, self motivated to drive territory growth
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent planning and time management skills
- Drive business ensuring 360 degrees stakeholder mapping from Contractor, Consultant and End User levels
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Instrumentation
- Minimum of 5 6 years' experience in Security Systems Sales in UAE market
- Experience in designing technical solutions, selecting equipment and advising customers on solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Fluent language skills in English
- UAE driving license is must

What You Will Do
- The Senior Sales Engineer, Security systems will report directly to the Sales Manager, Security Systems GCC.
- Responsible for delivering a sales target in UAE across the Security systems portfolio.
- Focus on selling new construction jobs and growing market share with existing and new clients in focused verticals.
- Focus on Technology driven solutions: CCTV, Access Control System, Command Control Center Solution, Analytics and other ELV solution.
How You Will Do It
- Qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive value proposition, high quality proposals taking part in tendering and bidding process.
- Demonstrate expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging market understanding of competitors’ strategies, products, solutions and services.
- Focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self motivated to drive territory growth.
- Determined and consistent in approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Drive business ensuring 360 degrees stakeholder mapping from Contractor, Consultant and End User levels.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Instrumentation
- Minimum of 5 6 years’ experience in Security Systems Sales in UAE market
