About the Role
Johnson Controls is seeking a Parts Planning Analyst to support demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning for the Dubai Parts Hub. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with strong analytical and ERP skills.

- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for service parts using consumption history, trends, and market input.
- Analyze forecast performance, seasonality, installed base trends, and service activity to identify demand drivers.
- Support consensus planning with regional and cross functional stakeholders.
- Set stocking policies and replenishment parameters that balance service, working capital, and inventory health.
- Monitor inventory turns, days of supply, excess stock, slow moving items, and stock out risk.
- Maintain planning data in iScala, including lead times, stocking rules, supplier data, and product classifications.
- Support purchase requirements, open orders, expediting, new product introductions, and part phase outs.
- Build reports and dashboards that improve visibility and support better decisions.
- Own planning data and follow through with accountability, integrity, and clear priorities.
- Use root cause analysis and inventory review to improve forecast and planning performance every day.
- Work as one team across functions, sharing practical recommendations and building trust.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, supply planning, materials management, or a related supply chain function.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably iScala, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience using data to support inventory and forecasting decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or an equivalent supply chain certification.
- Experience with service parts or aftermarket inventory.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SLOB management, lifecycle planning, or Middle East logistics.

What You Will Do
- Support the planning foundation for the Dubai Parts Hub and help keep the right parts available at the right time.
- Work across planning, supply, inventory, and service teams to support On Time Delivery (OTD), inventory health, and customer service.
- Responsible for demand planning, inventory optimization, supply planning, item master governance, and service level tracking.
- Partner closely with Sales, Service, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Regional Planning teams.
