- Commission, service, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems and gas compressor units
- Perform testing, commissioning, and service on Danfoss valves and control systems
- Overhaul reciprocating screw compressors (Sabroe, Gram, Frick, YORK)
- Handle, report, and communicate effectively with food and beverage and PRS customers
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of hands on field service experience in industrial refrigeration
- Proven experience in commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting refrigeration systems
- Strong understanding of electrical and controller drawings, and P&ID diagrams
- Familiarity with Sabroe, Gram, and Frick compressor units
- Proficiency in testing, commissioning, and servicing Danfoss valves and control systems
- Experience in overhauling reciprocating screw compressors (Sabroe, Gram, Frick, YORK)
- Solid understanding of controls and instrumentation including relay based controls, PLCs, DCS systems, and compressor unit controllers (Unisab, Gramatic, Quantum)
- Knowledge of process cooling equipment and refrigerants used in petrochemical industries
- Basic awareness of hazards associated with ammonia, propane, and H2S gases
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

What You Will Do
- Seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Personnel to join the Industrial Refrigeration team in the UAE.
- Reporting to the Field Line Manager, responsible for commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining refrigeration systems in various industries.
How You Will Do
- Conduct service and maintenance activities on IR Ammonia single and double stage systems, adhering to operational philosophies.
- Read and understand electrical and controller drawings, as well as P&ID diagrams.
- Commission, service, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems and gas compressor units, with preference for Sabroe, Gram, and Frick units.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and service on Danfoss valves and control systems commonly used in JCI industrial refrigeration systems.
- Overhaul reciprocating screw compressors, preferably on SABROE, GRAM, Frick, and YORK compressors.
- Possess refrigeration knowledge and experience in controls and instrumentation, including relay based controls, PLCs, DCS systems, and compressor unit controllers such as Unisab, Gramatic, and Quantum.
- Familiarity with process cooling equipment commonly used in petrochemical industries, including systems utilizing propane, Propylene and R134a refrigerants.
- Maintain a basic understanding of the hazards associated with ammonia, propane, and H2S gases.
- Handle, report, and communicate effectively with food and beverage and PRS customers.
What We Look For
- Proven experience and knowledge in commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems.
- Hold a diploma or degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
