Responsibilities
- Drive high value sales, upselling, cross selling and promotions execution
- Support store in achieving targets and improving conversion & ATV
- Act as role model in sales behavior and customer handling
- Handle complex customer cases, objections, and complaints
- Ensure delivery of a premium and consistent customer experience
- Build strong relationships with VIP and returning customers
- Understand prescriptions, lenses, and product matching
- Guide customers confidently before and during technical handling
- Support opticians in explaining technical solutions in a sales friendly way
- Ensure accurate handling of POS transactions and insurance sales
- Support onboarding and training of sales associates
- Monitor floor performance and support improvement
