- Overview operations of the Fine Jewelry department in the boutique
- Manage key sales and clients for the department through client books and database to optimize sales
- Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store
- Manage repair and transfer of pieces within and outside the region
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership skills; assist in coaching/training sales teams on departmental collection training
- Engage clients and make them loyal by conveying brand values
- Maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards
- Ensure the upkeep of the sales space and the image of the store
- Be an instrumental team player in day to day shop floor functions within the boutique
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service professional with luxury retail experience
- Keep positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Present professional appearance
- Ability to work in a team
- Pride in achieving individual targets
- Flexibility and punctuality
- Ability to communicate in Arabic or Russian is advantage
