- Overview operations of the Fine Jewelry department in the boutique
- Manage key sales and clients for the department using client books and database
- Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store
- Manage repair and transfer of pieces within and outside the region
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership skills within the boutique
- Assist in coaching/training of sales teams on departmental collection training
- Engage clients and make them loyal by conveying brand values
- Maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards
- Ensure the upkeep of the sales space and the image of the store
- Be an instrumental team player in day to day shop floor functions

- Customer service professional with luxury retail experience
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Professional appearance

- Ability to communicate in Arabic is an advantage
