About The Role

  • Carry out sales in accordance with pre agreed monthly targets and budgets.
  • Prepare/maintain call reports/log highlighting salient features and advise the Manager.
  • Report weekly/monthly on agreed performance data, comparing actual with targeted/budgeted performance.
  • Attend to customers visiting the showroom, initiate sales process, offer qualified advice on product specifications.
  • Maintain close contact with prospect customers, make sales calls and visits.
  • Introduce and follow up suitable sales prospects.
  • Maintain customer database and contribute towards development of prospects list.
  • Keep abreast of competition in this segment of cars.
  • Ensure pre delivery inspections and proper documentation of the sales transaction.
  • Ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately completed and recorded.
  • Provide highest level of customer service and satisfaction in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure customer is aware of all available extras, accessories and warranties.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline or through automotive vocational route.
  • 3 5 years solid experience in automotive sales in the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or work experience.
  • Attention to details and concern for quality.
  • Dynamic and proactive personality.
