About the Role

Responsibilities
- Carry out sales in accordance with pre agreed monthly targets and budgets
- Prepare/maintain call reports/log highlighting salient features and advise the Manager
- Report weekly/monthly on agreed performance data, comparing actual with targeted/budgeted performance
- Attend to customers visiting the showroom, initiate sales process, and offer qualified advice on product specifications
- Maintain close contact with prospect customers, make sales calls and visits
- Introduce and follow up suitable sales prospects
- Maintain customer database and contribute towards development of prospects list
- Keep abreast of competition in this segment of cars
- Ensure pre delivery inspections and proper documentation of the sales transaction
- Ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately completed and recorded
- Provide highest level of customer service and satisfaction in accordance with company policies
- Notify customers of delays, changes in requirements, ensuring smooth vehicle handover
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline or through automotive vocational route
- 3 5 years solid experience in automotive sales in the UAE
- Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or work experience
- Attention to details and concern for quality
- Dynamic and proactive personality

About The Role
