What You'll Do
- Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Share product expertise and recommend the best solutions.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Support visual merchandising and store operations.
- Mentor and support team members when required.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for sports, fitness, running, or an active lifestyle.
- Positive, energetic, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
