Role overview
Operations support role based in a new Dubai retail store.
The role supports customer service, retail operations, stock accuracy, and retail technology while working with the store team and retail leadership.
Mission and responsibilities
- Support inbound deliveries, back-of-house organization, and replenishment according to procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock transfers, return-to-vendor transactions, cycle counts, and shipment verification.
- Verify scanned data against physical inventory and keep ERP, POS, and physical stock records aligned.
- Handle invoices, delivery notes, reconciliations, operational reports, cash handling, and compliance documentation.
- Provide first-level support for Cegid, SAP Retail, Salesforce, POS systems, RFID readers, and retail technology testing.
- Support shrinkage control by monitoring tagged items and diagnosing RFID tag misreads.
- Assist the sales team and customers on the sales floor when required.
- Train team members on back-of-house systems and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain documentation archives and escalate discrepancies or risks to store leadership.
- Ensure health, safety, operational, and store-condition standards are maintained.
Candidate requirements
- 2–3 years of retail operations or stock management experience.
