Purpose
The Associate Project Manager maintains and updates project plans, including milestones, key issues, risks, benefits, and incurred costs.
Operational Accountabilities
- Support Project Managers on assigned projects.
- Analyze brand designs and provide feedback on feasibility, logistics, cost, and operational needs.
- Prepare snag lists for store openings and follow up with contractors.
- Coordinate small, whitebox, and pop-up projects.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of field and office activities.
- Coordinate stakeholders and vendors on project timelines and budgets.
- Provide weekly progress reports and maintain project correspondence, site documentation, and data.
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to participants.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, estimators, Procurement, and Legal on bids, quotations, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Track work progress, quality, hours, budgets, expenditures, change notices, and change orders.
- Assist with permits, project completion documentation, closeout requirements, and organized project filing.
- Support adherence to project frameworks and maintenance of required documentation.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Five to eight years of job-related experience.
- At least three years of project administration or project coordination experience in a retail environment.
- At least three years of UAE work experience.
