Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards
- Carry out risk assessments and implement corrective actions
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions
- Monitor work permits and ensure safe work practices are followed
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures
- Participate in client and consultant safety audits and inspections
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in construction projects
- NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety standards
- Experience in high rise, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Summary
