Job Summary

  • We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to support the growth of our recruitment and staffing business.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development, with a strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote recruitment and staffing solutions to organizations across various industries.
  • Identify client workforce requirements and provide tailored hiring solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and follow ups to convert leads into active clients.
  • Prepare quotations, service agreements, and business proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities effectively.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the UAE.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment agency, staffing company, HR consultancy, or similar service based industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new clients.
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of the UAE business environment and hiring landscape.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and target oriented.
