Hays are excited to collaborate with a leading ADGM-regulated financial institution to appoint a Senior Risk Officer.
The client is a fast-growing broker-dealer expanding their Abu Dhabi presence and are looking to strengthen their risk function.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the organisation's enterprise - wide risk management framework in line with FSRA and ADGM requirements.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of the Risk Management Framework.
- Identify, assess, monitor and report risks across all regulated activities.
- Provide risk overview across Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Funds.
- Prepare risk reporting for senior management.
- Assist in governance reporting and regulatory interactions with the FSRA.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management.
- Strong exposure to Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Funds.
- Experience interacting with the FSRA.
- Background in a Tier 2 broker/dealer.
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; Qualifications (FRM, PRM, CISI, ICA or CFA) are a plus.
