- Develop and maintain model ready datasets by sourcing, cleansing, and transforming data from multiple sources
- Support the development, testing, recalibration, and monitoring of credit risk models and scorecards
- Perform portfolio monitoring, segmentation, trend analysis, and risk assessments
- Build and automate reports, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks for key risk indicators
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify emerging risks and business opportunities
- Support model governance activities, including documentation, validation evidence, and regulatory submissions
- Research and evaluate new analytical techniques, machine learning methodologies, and data sources to improve risk analytics capabilities
Requirements
- UAE National with a strong interest in Risk Analytics, Data Science, and Financial Services
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5–7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or risk analytics
- Experience with Python, SQL, and analytical methodologies
- Exposure to banking, fintech, or financial services is advantageous

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
