Responsibilities
- Acquire and grow a portfolio of UAE National (Emirati) customers by building strong, long term client relationships
- Actively engage with Emirati communities, majlis, networking events, and local business circles to generate new customer acquisition opportunities
- Understand customers' financial needs and provide tailored banking and Islamic banking solutions
- Drive portfolio growth through cross selling of banking products including accounts, financing, cards, deposits, and other Islamic financial solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver customized customer solutions
- Build trusted relationships with customers to enhance engagement, deepen relationships, and improve retention
- Achieve assigned sales, acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue targets while maintaining a customer centric approach
- Ensure all activities are conducted in line with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and Sharia guidelines where applicable
- Represent the bank within the Emirati community and contribute to strengthening the bank's presence within the UAE National segment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in UAE Banking, Relationship Management, or Business Development roles
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- A strong network within the UAE National (Emirati) community
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and achieving sales and revenue targets
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, with knowledge of Islamic Banking products being an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and MIS reporting tools

What We Are Looking For
