About the Role

- Manage vendors, smart contract auditors, and blockchain security reviewers.
- Be the connective tissue between engineering and the business.
Requirements
- 8+ years in project/program management, ideally in banking, financial services, or digital assets
- Real exposure to blockchain/crypto/stablecoin initiatives
- Strong grip on SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery
- Comfort running governance and stakeholder management at a senior level
- PMP/PRINCE2 (or equivalent) is a plus

The Role
- We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to own the delivery of RAKBANK’s Digital Assets and Stablecoin program.
- You’ll coordinate everything from smart contract development lifecycle to token issuance, redemption, and custody workflows, working across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Owning end to end delivery of the stablecoin build — scope, plans, budgets, milestones, go live
- Coordinating the full smart contract lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, deployment, and upgrades
- Running governance: risk registers, steering committee decks, escalations, regulatory alignment
- Managing vendors, smart contract auditors, and blockchain security reviewers
- Being the connective tissue between engineering and the business — no jargon lost in translation either direction
What You Bring
- 8+ years in project/program management, ideally in banking, financial services, or digital assets
- Real exposure to blockchain/crypto/stablecoin initiatives — you understand token lifecycles, smart contract platforms (Ethereum/EVM compatible), and custody models
- Strong grip on SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery — you flex to what the workstream needs
- Comfort running governance and stakeholder management at a senior level — Risk, Compliance, C suite included
- PMP/PRINCE2 (or equivalent) is a plus; a track record of shipping complex tech enabled change matters more
The Fine Print
- Location: Dubai, UAE (on site/hybrid — this is a build phase, presence matters)
- Contract length: 8–10 months
- Conversion: Genuine potential to convert to full time
