About the Role
Rakbank is looking for a UAE National Legal Trainee to support the legal team with research, contract review, and regulatory monitoring. You will assist with drafting legal documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on banking, regulatory, and contractual matters
- Assist with review, drafting, and administration of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Maintain legal records, contract databases, and document repositories
- Support preparation of legal reports, correspondence, presentations, and management information reports
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and documentation for legal matters
- Monitor regulatory developments and maintain records of legal and regulatory updates impacting the Bank
- Assist with litigation management, compliance reviews, and legal advisory matters
- Support coordination with external counsel, regulators, and other external stakeholders when required
Requirements
- UAE National
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
- Basic understanding of UAE legal principles and regulatory frameworks
- Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
- UAE National with a strong interest in Banking, Corporate, and Regulatory Law.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of UAE legal principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
