- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are beneficial

Role Description
- The Senior Relationship Manager is a full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
- This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high value clients, understanding their property and investment needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions that align with DAMAC’s luxury portfolio.
- Day to day activities include managing a portfolio of key accounts, conducting client meetings and site visits, coordinating with internal sales, marketing, and finance teams, and ensuring a seamless client experience from inquiry through post sale service.
- The Senior Relationship Manager will monitor market trends, prepare client proposals and presentations, negotiate terms, and support the closing of transactions in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- The role also involves tracking client satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and drive repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, key account handling, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and long term partnerships.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, luxury property advisory, or high value investment products, ideally within the UAE or regional markets.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver compelling proposals and reports.
- Commercial acumen and analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and support informed decision making.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to manage pipelines, client records, and performance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced certifications in real estate or sales are an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or other widely spoken regional languages are beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
