- Manage performance, employee relations, and change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver recruitment, learning, compensation, and talent initiatives
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting large employee populations (500+ employees)
- UAE experience within property development, construction, engineering, or project based organizations is essential
- Experience supporting MEP Design, MEP Execution, Contract Administration, or Compliance teams is preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
