- Format information for internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentations, reports)

- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- Quick professional with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office

Job Description
