Job Description

  • Responsible for supporting high level executives and management or entire departments.
  • Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative or assistant experience
  • Quick professionals with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management
  • Manage executive’s diaries and arrange their daily schedule (set up meetings, travel, speaking engagements)
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical and administrative staff
  • Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
