About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for UAE National positions across various business functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and identify Emiratization opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Emirati talent through job portals, referrals, career fairs, universities, and government initiatives
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Develop relationships with universities, Nafis and other government entities to support Emirati hiring programs
- Monitor Emiratization targets and provide regular recruitment reports and market insights
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and Emiratization requirements
- Promote DAMAC's employer brand within the UAE Nationals talent market
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to Emiratization recruitment
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws, Nafis and Emiratization programs
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and interviewing skills
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment systems
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
