- Own enterprise wide Strategic Workforce Planning, workforce forecasting and capability planning frameworks
- Translate business growth plans into workforce demand, supply and productivity strategies
- Lead workforce intelligence, predictive analytics, AI enabled forecasting and executive reporting
- Influence senior stakeholders through fact based recommendations and constructive challenge
- Drive workforce optimization, organizational effectiveness and productivity improvement initiatives
- Establish governance, metrics and decision frameworks for workforce planning
- Lead and develop a high performing Workforce Planning & Analytics team
Requirements
- 15+ years in Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Planning or related strategic disciplines
- 5+ years leading high performing teams
- 3+ years hands on Power BI experience
- Advanced workforce analytics, forecasting and strategic planning expertise
- Demonstrated use of AI to improve workforce planning, forecasting or decision intelligence
- Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, Microsoft Forms and Power Automate experience
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management capability
