Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate **Senior Registered Nurse** with strong expertise in **pediatric treatment room procedures**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients while ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the treatment room
- Assist doctors during pediatric procedures, examinations, and minor surgeries
- Handle procedures such as **IV cannulation, injections, wound care, nebulization, and vaccinations**
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and treatment responses
- Ensure proper infection control practices and maintain a sterile environment
- Manage emergency pediatric cases and provide immediate care when required
- Educate parents and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medications, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per DOH guidelines
- Supervise and guide junior nursing staff when required
- Ensure availability and proper use of medical equipment and supplies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid **DOH License** (Abu Dhabi)
- Minimum **4+ years of UAE experience**, preferably in pediatric treatment room / clinic / hospital
- Strong skills in pediatric patient handling and procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
