- Drive end to end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure for new accounts in UAE
- Identify and develop new logo acquisition strategies across target industries
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Engage with CXO level stakeholders to understand business challenges and position solutions
- Collaborate with pre sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft winning proposals
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract closures
- Leverage local market knowledge to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain strong understanding of competition and market trends
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales / hunting roles, preferably in IT Services or Consulting
- Proven success in new business acquisition in the UAE market
- Strong network with enterprise clients in UAE
- Experience in selling digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, or managed services
- Demonstrated ability to close large deals (multi million USD preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
- We are looking for a high performing Sales Hunter with a proven track record of driving new business acquisition in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new logo opportunities across key industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end to end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure for new accounts in UAE
- Identify and develop new logo acquisition strategies across target industries
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Engage with CXO level stakeholders to understand business challenges and position solutions

Key Requirements
