Role Overview
Evaluate real estate opportunities, support expansion decisions, and manage local and regional real estate processes.
The role covers stores, offices, warehouses, leasing commitments, market mapping, and commercial validation.
Local Real Estate Activities
- Evaluate and validate new opportunities and prepare detailed presentations for the Country Manager.
- Maintain strategic relationships with local landlords and agents.
- Manage the Shop Validation Report process through commercial data collection, projections, feedback, validation, and approval.
- Maintain the lease tenancy schedule for stores, offices, warehouses, and lease or legal commitments.
- Map competitors by brand to identify potential expansion gaps.
- Scout prime and anchor locations through site visits and meetings with landlords, agents, and brokers.
Regional Real Estate Activities
- Develop and improve a real estate system that supports unified standards and operational efficiency.
- Review lease outputs for alignment with commercial agreements, budgets, and agreed special conditions.
- Provide administrative support for validating and managing commercial and legal leasing terms.
- Develop performance metrics and reporting tools for business objectives, improvement, effectiveness, and control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Four to five years of experience in an administrative role or a similar field.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Location and Schedule
- The primary location is Regional - UAE - Dubai Internet City.
- The schedule is full time.
