Role Overview
Sell displayed food items, organize counter operations, and ensure orders are prepared and served on time.
Customer Service and Orders
- Greet and serve walk-in customers while following service procedures and using product knowledge.
- Process waiter orders, arrange them according to service standards, and deliver them within designated serving timeframes.
- Receive and prepare takeaway orders, wrap them to standard, and accommodate special customer requests.
Food Display and Hygiene
- Check received items against order specifications, display them in the presentation fridge, and maintain regular restocking.
- Maintain hygiene and presentation standards, sanitize the counter display, and follow the Clean as you go policy.
- Complete opening and closing duties in accordance with internal procedures.
Records and Operations
- Maintain daily training, taste panel, and wastage records.
- Report customer complaints and operational issues promptly to the manager.
- Place orders for required products through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Document team handovers in the log book and communicate operational details clearly.
- Complete monthly inventory for disposable items and consumables.
Payments
- Receive and process cash payments, exchanges, and other money transactions according to established policies.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is required.
- A high school degree is required.
- Zero to one years of experience in customer service or a similar role is required.
