- Monitor BOQs, estimates, schedule of rates and material take offs presented by the PC Contractor
- Verify site measurement of materials and manhours expended on varying workpacks
- Support the Contract Engineer in compilation of cost reports and forecasts to completion
- Measurement and evaluation of final accounts including claims, extra items, deviations, variations and amendments to contracts
- Perform liaison duties between Client and Contractor

Role Overview
- The Quantity Surveyor shall monitor the BOQ's, estimates, schedule of rates and material take offs as presented by the PC Contractor.
- These shall be verified by site measurement of materials and manhours expended on the varying workpacks across all disciplines.
- He shall support the Contract Engineer in the compilation of cost reports and forecasts to completion as required.
- Measurement and evaluation of final accounts including claims, extra items, deviations, variations and amendments to contracts.
- Candidate shall be degree qualified and MCIRS affiliated.
- Will perform liaison duties between Client and Contractor.
