- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify commercial and contractual risks
- Prepare and finalize contract agreements, RFPs, ITTs, addenda, and clarifications in line with WSP and client standards
- Conduct cost estimation, commercial analysis, and review subcontractor/supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness
- Assess contractual risks and ensure compliance with company policies and client procedures
- Coordinate with engineering, design, finance, and legal teams to ensure completeness of tender submissions
- Participate in pre tender meetings, clarifications, and negotiations with clients and consultants
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize design and cost efficiency
Requirements
- 15 20 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Experience in pre contract management, including tender document review and contract preparation
- Knowledge of cost estimation, commercial analysis, and subcontractor/supplier quotation review
- Ability to coordinate with engineering, design, finance, and legal teams
