- Experience in Qatar/GCC preferred
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and industry standard QS software
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
