Responsibilities
- Prepare concept, shop, fabrication, and installation drawings for façade and aluminum systems
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, sales, production, procurement, and installation teams
- Prepare material take offs, cutting lists, project pricing, cost estimates, material submittals, and method statements
- Conduct site measurements and provide technical support during fabrication and installation
- Resolve technical issues and ensure designs meet quality, performance, and constructability requirements
- Mentor junior designers and maintain high technical and drawing standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in aluminum, curtain wall, and façade systems
- Strong experience in concept design, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, installation details, and project coordination
- Experience in project pricing, cost estimation, BOQs, and material take offs is highly preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, BIM, LogiKal, Orgadata, or similar software is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing systems, aluminum windows and doors, façade detailing, and fabrication processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, technical coordination, and problem solving skills
- Experience in luxury residential, commercial projects is preferred

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Facade Designer to lead the design and detailing of aluminum façade systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, glazing systems, pergolas, and other architectural aluminum products.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive GCC experience and will assist clients in selecting suitable aluminum systems by recommending design options, performance features, technical specifications, and cost effective solutions.
- The role covers the complete project lifecycle, from concept design and technical coordination through fabrication, installation, and project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concept, shop, fabrication, and installation drawings for façade and aluminum systems.
