- Meet clients in the showroom and on site to understand their requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project objectives
- Present the company's products, services, materials, and technical solutions in a professional, engaging, and persuasive manner
- Recommend practical, creative, and cost effective fit out solutions tailored to each client's needs
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the Estimation team
- Follow up with clients, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close projects
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract signing
- Build and maintain long term relationships with homeowners, architects, consultants, and developers
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Aluminum, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and customer records in the CRM
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit out sales and residential interior projects
- Strong technical knowledge of residential fit out including joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, interior doors, aluminum systems, materials, and finishes
- Proven ability to communicate confidently, build client trust, negotiate effectively, and consistently close high value projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and technical details
- Experience preparing quotations and commercial proposals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; SketchUp or other 3D visualization software is an advantage
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic is mandatory)
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred

- We are looking for a confident professional with a strong technical background in residential interior fit out and exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- This is a sales focused role. We are looking for a strong closer with proven experience in customer facing sales and project closing. Arabic language is mandatory.
