Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and measurements
- Prepare and review shop drawings, production drawings, and installation details
- Review project drawings, specifications, and site conditions
- Coordinate with designers, estimators, suppliers, production teams, and installation teams
- Prepare material take offs and technical documentation
- Monitor site activities and ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and quality standards
- Resolve technical and site related issues during project execution
- Prepare as built drawings and project handover documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in interior fit out, joinery, and aluminum systems
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience in preparing shop drawings and production drawings
- Good knowledge of joinery, custom furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, wall cladding, flooring, ceilings, and interior finishes
- Good knowledge of aluminum systems, including windows, doors, sliding systems, folding doors, curtain walls, pergolas, and glazing systems
- Strong technical, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Qatar/GCC experience preferred
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage

Overview
