- Review and approve Contractor’s QA/QC Plan, ITPs, and procedures
- Monitor implementation of quality processes during design and construction
- Lead quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities
- Review NCRs, corrective/preventive actions, and ensure timely closure
- Ensure compliance of materials, workmanship, and testing processes
- Report quality performance, risks, and improvements to the Client
Requirements
- Experience in quality assurance and control oversight
- Knowledge of QA/QC plans, ITPs, and procedures
- Ability to lead quality audits and manage NCRs

Job Description
- Leads the quality assurance and control oversight, ensuring the Contractor’s QA/QC systems, processes, and deliverables comply with project specifications and standards.
