- Inspect electrical products, components, and systems to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Perform detailed inspections, validate test results, document non conformities, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with production and engineering teams
- Review quality documentation, participate in audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Mentor junior inspectors, prepare clear inspection reports, and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to maintain high levels of product reliability and safety
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, inspection techniques, and industry standards in electrical manufacturing
- Experience with quality control tools such as checklists, sampling plans, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, product specifications, and test reports
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and relevant regulatory or safety requirements for electrical products
- Effective communication skills for reporting findings, coordinating with production and engineering teams, and participating in audits
- Ability to work on site in a manufacturing environment, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
- Several years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles within the electrical or energy sector, preferably at a senior level
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field; professional certifications in quality are an advantage

Role Description
- The Senior Quality Assurance Inspector is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- This role is responsible for inspecting electrical products, components, and systems to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Day to day tasks include performing detailed inspections, validating test results, documenting non conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with production and engineering teams.
- The inspector will review quality documentation, participate in audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
- The role also involves mentoring junior inspectors, preparing clear inspection reports, and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to maintain high levels of product reliability and safety.
