Role Overview

Ensure HVAC products meet high quality and performance standards through rigorous testing, diagnostics, and hands-on troubleshooting.

Support the reliability of HVAC systems used across the GCC and other markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct performance and quality testing on chillers, rooftop packaged units, and air handling units.
  • Verify compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements throughout testing.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics, including refrigerant cycle analysis, power and controls testing, and power quality measurements.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and determine the root causes of product failures across electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
  • Document test results, deviations, and non-conformances, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering and production teams.
  • Support new product introduction testing and validation for design or manufacturing changes.
  • Calibrate and maintain testing equipment and instrumentation to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to resolve recurring quality issues.
  • Prepare and present test reports, quality metrics, and findings to management.
  • Align testing processes with relevant industry and safety standards, including AHRI, ASHRAE, and ISO.

Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering graduate.
  • Minimum five years of experience in HVAC testing and manufacturing.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of chillers, rooftop packaged units, and air handling units.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with split and central A/C control systems.
  • Experience with HVAC refrigeration fittings and electrical parts.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical background, including refrigerant cycles, power and controls, and power quality measurements.
