Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own ERP workflow correctness from data entry through financial output, including GAAP compliance and real-world fidelity.
• Validate purchase orders, billing workflows, payroll runs, multi-entity financials, and other complex ERP scenarios.
• Identify gaps between specifications and reality and provide actionable improvements to Product and Engineering.
• Evaluate full-flow scenarios, dataset correctness, cross-feature interactions, and data migration fidelity.
• Raise quality standards, coach engineers and testers, and define ERP correctness expectations.
• Maintain system behavior knowledge for support readiness and product validation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and QE leads on customer-grounded quality requirements.
• Analyze defect trends, root causes, and fleet usage data to drive systemic improvements and investment decisions.

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
