- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, Mobile, Integration, and Performance Testing
- Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
- Perform performance, load, stress, and endurance testing using NeoLoad, JMeter, LoadRunner, or BlazeMeter
- Execute API testing using REST/SOAP and Postman
- Integrate automation with test management tools such as JIRA/Xray
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution
- Maintain test documentation, automation standards, and quality metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in test automation processes and quality engineering practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in QA Automation with strong expertise in Performance Testing
- Hands on experience with NeoLoad, JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, Selenium/Tosca, and Postman
- Experience in API, Mobile, and Web application testing
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps practices
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics or Datadog

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer / Lead Specialist to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation solutions for enterprise applications.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, performance testing, API testing, mobile testing, and CI/CD integration, ensuring high quality software delivery within Agile and DevSecOps environments.
