Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- 2 4 years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting
- Prior experience with Celonis
- Experience with business transformation and process improvement projects
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have transferable Iqama in KSA

Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. You will leverage your foundational management consulting skills and experience in business transformation and process excellence to help clients achieve significant improvements
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the successful execution of business transformation and process excellence projects.
- Support the development of project plans, track progress, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
- Conduct in depth analysis of client data and business processes to identify key insights and develop actionable recommendations.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project findings and recommendations.
- Participate in the current vs. future state business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Support workforce transformation and systems integration efforts.
- Assist with process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis activities.
- Support the development of future state process designs optimized for efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Incorporate Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies in process design.
- Interact with clients on a day to day basis to gather information, validate findings, and provide support.
- Assist in facilitating client workshops and meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field required.
- 2 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a management consulting environment.
- Experience with business transformation, process improvement, or related projects.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Experience working with cross functional teams.
- Experience contributing to the development of RFPs.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good project management skills, including planning, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
