Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience working on Celonis

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team.
- You will leverage foundational management consulting skills and experience in business transformation and process excellence to help clients achieve significant improvements in operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the successful execution of business transformation and process excellence projects.
- Support the development of project plans, track progress, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
- Conducting in depth analysis of client data and business processes to identify key insights and develop actionable recommendations.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project findings and recommendations.
- Participate in the current ("as is") vs. future ("to be") business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Support workforce transformation and systems integration efforts.
- Assist with process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis activities.
- Support the development of future state process designs that are optimized for efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop future state process flows that are streamlined, efficient, and effective.
- Incorporate Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies in process design.
- Interact with clients on a day to day basis to gather information, validate findings, and provide support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field required.
- Experience: 2 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a management consulting environment.
- Experience with business transformation, process improvement, or related projects.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Experience working with cross functional teams.
- Experience contributing to the development of RFP’s.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good project management skills, including planning, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
