About the Role

- Build and manage portfolio of Social Development & Healthcare accounts
- Own sector pipeline aligned to UAE human capital and social development priorities
- Define and execute account strategies across priority ministries and authorities
- Lead large, complex bids across education modernization and social sector transformation
- Build C suite relationships at federal and local levels
- Act as engagement executive or sector SME on key programs
- Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction
- Activate strategic alliances (edtech platforms, digital learning, analytics partners)
- Drive education and social sector thought leadership
- Coordinate with Capability Teams for integrated solutions
- Develop thought leadership and represent Invent in relevant industry forums
Requirements
- 10–15 years consulting experience in healthcare and social development sector
- Arabic Speaking
- Bachelor degree or higher in Technology related domains, Public Health, Social Development or Public Policy
- Understanding of AI in healthcare and social development
- GCC experience, preferably in the UAE with proven track record owning sales and revenue targets and major accounts in the GCC/UAE public sector
- Well established senior level relationships within UAE government across healthcare & social sector
- Executive presence, strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills
