We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated **Senior Property Consultant** to join our growing team at **Dream Homes, part of EWBS Group of Companies**.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales of **off-plan and secondary market properties**
- Generate and follow up on leads to close deals effectively
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth
- Stay updated with UAE real estate market trends
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate (off-plan & secondary market preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional, and target-driven personality
- **Female candidates preferred**
- Good knowledge of UAE property market is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: **AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (based on experience)**
