Role Overview

The employer is expanding its sales team and seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant.

The role focuses on premium properties, serious clients, and residential, off-plan, and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, manage, and close property sales and leasing transactions.
  • Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms.
  • Maintain listing and client records in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide customer service and after-sales support.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent is required.
  • UAE real estate experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
  • Candidates should be target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Professional appearance and business conduct are expected.
  • The role requires independent work and effective teamwork.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals is required.
  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
