Role Overview

Lead a high-performing sales team focused on prestigious and exclusive UAE properties.

Build a winning sales culture and deliver outstanding commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage high-performing real estate consultants.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential properties.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop talented sales professionals.
  • Monitor KPIs, pipelines, conversion rates, and individual and team performance.
  • Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and industry partners.
  • Support agents with negotiations, closings, and complex high-value transactions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client network.
  • Maintain exceptional client service and professionalism.

Compensation

  • Pay starts from AED 7,000 per month.

Workplace

  • Work location is in person at the company’s Abu Dhabi office.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
  • Ability to manage premium and ultra-luxury residential property sales.
  • Ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and industry partners.
