Role Overview

The Real Estate Sales Manager leads a high-performing sales team focused on prestigious and exclusive UAE properties.

The role focuses on premium and ultra-luxury residential property sales, strategic client relationships, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage high-performing real estate consultants.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential properties.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
  • Monitor KPIs, pipelines, conversion rates, and individual and team performance.
  • Build relationships with HNWIs, investors, developers, and industry partners.
  • Support negotiations, closings, and complex high-value transactions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client network.
  • Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Lead a high-performing real estate sales team and build a winning sales culture.
  • Develop top-performing agents and consistently deliver strong sales results.
  • Build strategic relationships with HNWIs, investors, developers, and industry partners.
  • Support agents with complex, high-value negotiations and closings.

Compensation

  • The position is full-time.
  • Pay starts from AED 7,000 per month.

Workplace

  • The role is performed in person at the Abu Dhabi office.
