Role Overview

Lead a high-performing sales team focused on prestigious and exclusive UAE properties.

Build a winning sales culture and deliver outstanding commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of high-performing real estate consultants.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential properties.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop talented sales professionals.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs, pipelines, conversion rates, and performance.
  • Build relationships with HNWIs, investors, developers, and key industry partners.
  • Support agents in negotiations, closings, and complex high-value transactions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company client network.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of client service and professionalism.

Compensation

  • Full-time role paying from AED 7,000 per month.

Workplace

  • Work location is in person at Global Tower, Electra Street, Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and managing a high-performing real estate sales team.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop sales professionals.
  • Experience monitoring KPIs, sales pipelines, conversion rates, and team performance.
  • Ability to support negotiations, closings, and complex high-value property transactions.
  • Ability to build relationships with HNWIs, investors, developers, and industry partners.
  • Commercial drive, charisma, ambition, and a strong focus on client service.
