Lead a real estate sales team in a results-driven environment focused on sales performance and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and conversion performance.
- Coach, train, and support agents in sales techniques and negotiations.
- Assist with high-value deal closures and client negotiations.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure quality lead generation and follow-up.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum two to five years of experience in UAE real estate sales.
- Proven experience as a team leader.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Solid understanding of the UAE real estate market.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
